You pull off vintage clothing so beautifully, I was wondering what your measurements are? I want to get into vintage clothing more, but don't seem to have the waist for it.

You’re very kind thank you :) My waist is between 24/25” and my top and bottom are 37”. I’m sure you can find vintage clothing to fit you perfectly depending on the cut! You will find some pieces with a more roomy waist than others. :)

Honey you are no loser at all and you know what, it really doesn’t matter how many followers you have as long as you have people that appreciate you and what you post! You are so kind but i would love it that people like what i post ^_^ and i assume many of my followers come from the ‘explore’ page as i’m a editor on the Vintage section so i think that’s how people see my blog really. :)

where do you buy all your vintage clothes? i've looked in charity shops such as oxfam(?) and i never see anything interesting. i've looked in vintage markets but everything is highly expensive (everyone says that they get bargains from vinatge fairs/markets etc). any pointers? i cant dress the way i'd like to because of this x

Aw! I totally understand how you feel, quite some time ago i thought that all Vintage was expensive.

Firstly i would suggest to possibly change the area of where you shop? For example i find that the majority of Vintage shops/Fairs around London can usually be more exspensive then places outside of London. For example i shop in Norwich and i sometimes find there prices half of what they can be in London. It’s the same with Vintage Fair’s also, some will vary in price, i went to one and i found a genuine 50s dress for £40! I know of a fair called ‘Judy’s affordable vintage fair’ that travels around the country, that would be a great one to check out.

With Charity Shops the best places for those i find are towns with lots of Old people that give away there old clothes and handbags. Many charity shops now where i live have vintage and retro sections. Also try seaside towns (old people) but sometimes with charity shops you really have to search the whole shop to find something but it really is worth it!

Also i always suggest ebay but always shop carefully to make sure what you are buying is genuine. But again ebay can be very cheap and etsy! :)xx
